Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize impactful social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, content creativity, and performance analysis to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning
- Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ideate and collaborate on high-performing content formats including Reels, Shorts, carousels, and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Monitor, engage, and build relationships with online communities through comments, messages, and interactions
- Track emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies relevant and innovative
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate actionable insights
- Prepare regular reports and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Required Skills & Qualification
- Required 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content ecosystems
- Proven ability to create and execute engaging content strategies
- Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative branding agency environment
- Exposure to influencer marketing, creative shoots and paid social campaigns
