About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads for Triovate and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (and emerging platforms).
- Build monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and posting schedules.
- Brief designers/copywriters; ensure creatives align to brand guidelines.
- Write platform-specific copy (hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtags).
- Plan and manage reels/short-form video concepts; coordinate shoots when needed.
- Set up & monitor paid promotions (boosting, basic Meta/LinkedIn campaigns) with clear objectives.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, saves, shares, follower growth, leads) and report weekly/monthly with insights and next steps.
- Conduct competitor & trend research; propose new content formats and experiments (UGC, influencer micro-collabs, moment marketing).
- Coordinate with SEO/Performance teams to align social with broader marketing goals.
- Community management: respond to comments/DMs, escalate leads or support queries.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience at an agency or brand.
- Strong content planning skills and platform know-how (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Proficiency with scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Basic understanding of paid social (audiences, objectives, A/B testing).
- Solid copywriting skills; comfort working with designers/editors.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
Good to Have
- Experience with Canva/Adobe Suite basics and short-form video editing.
- Familiarity with GA4/UTM tagging for social traffic attribution.
- Experience in multiple niches (FMCG, wellness, D2C, solar/industrial, real estate).
- Gujarati/Hinglish copy skills for regional campaigns.
KPIs You'll Own
- Engagement rate, saves/shares, follower growth.
- Traffic to site/landing pages; assisted leads from social.
- Video views, watch time, completion rate.
- Cost per result for boosted/paid posts (where applicable).
