Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator Cum Video Presenter based in Kerala, India. The role involves ideating, scripting, and creating engaging digital content focused on IT education and related topics. The Content Creator Cum Video Presenter will present on camera for video lessons, tutorials, and promotional content, ensuring complex concepts are explained clearly and in an accessible manner. Daily tasks include planning content with the training team, collaborating with students, designers and editors, recording video sessions, reviewing and refining scripts, and aligning content with the organization's learning objectives and brand voice. The role also includes monitoring audience engagement, incorporating feedback to improve future content, and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation abilities, including scriptwriting, storytelling, and structuring educational or tutorial material for digital platforms.
• Confident on-camera presence with clear communication skills and the ability to present technical or educational content in an engaging manner.
• Basic familiarity with video production workflows, such as working with cameras, microphones, and collaborating with video editors.
• Ability to research IT topics, understand technical concepts, and translate them into simple, learner-friendly language.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, planning content calendars, and meeting production deadlines.
• Comfort working closely with trainers, designers, and other team members in an on-site, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in IT, media, communications, or education is preferred but not mandatory.
