About the role

We are looking for a creative andcuriousSocial Media Strategistwho will help build and manageSayaCare'spresence across social media platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, understanding audience behavior, and contributing ideas that increase brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan content,participatein campaigns, and ensure that our communicationremainsauthentic and relevant. The ideal candidate enjoysobservingtrends, understanding people, and turning ideas into meaningful content.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supportSayaCare'spresence across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant channels.

Create engaging captions, posts, stories, and content ideas while contributing to content calendars, campaigns, and creative concepts that strengthenSayaCare'sonline presence.

Identifysocial media trends, conversations, and formats that can be adapted to increase engagement and visibility for the brand.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to develop content that communicates product value and brand messaging clearly.

Participatein social media conversations and community engagement to build stronger connections with the audience.

Support brand campaigns and product initiatives through consistent and creative content execution.

Observeplatform performance and audience responses to continuously refine content strategy.

Effective execution of content plans with consistent andtimelypublishing across platforms.

Skills & Competencies

Strong writing and copy creation skills for social media captions, posts, and scripts.

Understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences.

Identifiessocial media trends and converts them into relevant brand content.

Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Understandingbrand tone and consistencyacross platforms.

Good observation of audience reactions and engagement patterns.

Skilled at adjusting content for different platforms without changing the core message.

Analytical capability to evaluate content performance and enhance engagement, reach, and conversions.

Success Metrics / KPIs

Growth in social media engagement across platforms.

Increase in organic reach and brand awareness.

Contribution of social media channels to organic conversions.

Improvement in brand recall and audience interaction.
