Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with 1-3 years of experience to lead and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital trends, content marketing, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand presence and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create and manage content calendars for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging visuals and copy.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and manage brand reputation.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends and best practices to enhance strategy.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and budgeting.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
