Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience behavior, content strategy, and platform-specific best practices to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Key Responsiblity
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create engaging and relevant content.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including comments and messages.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent content planning and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns is preferred.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
