Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Creative Manager

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategic social

media plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various social media

platforms. They analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to

optimize content and drive effective campaigns. The strategist collaborates with cross-functional

teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Additionally, they monitor metrics, track performance, and provide actionable insights to

continually improve social media presence and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Team Management: Supervise a team of 3 designers, guiding them in content creation,

conceptualization, and design for 10 brands each.

2. Approve Design Outputs: Evaluate designer submissions based on client discussions and

project requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

3. Generate Creative Ideas: Develop innovative concepts and solutions in line with client goals

and agency strategies.

4. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, comprehensively understanding

their needs and preferences.

5. Project Oversight: Manage creative projects from conception to completion, overseeing

teams and timelines to maintain quality standards.

6. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Review and refine creative outputs to meet or exceed client

expectations, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.

7. Strategic Campaign Development: Translate strategic plans into impactful creative campaigns

that resonate with client brands and messaging.

8. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing concerns

and fostering satisfaction with agency services.

9. Collaborate on Analytics: Partner with strategists to assess campaign effectiveness and

adjust strategies as required, though not primarily responsible for metrics.

10. Drive Organic Account Growth: Work towards organically expanding clients accounts

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management and creative direction.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of design principles and digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in analytics tools and metrics analysis (preferred).
