SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST, OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Media Strategist will support the planning and execution of global social media programs for the firm's ETF and broader investment capabilities, working across regions with a focus on APAC and EMEA priorities.

This role sits within the Content & Communications team and partners closely with the Head of Social Media, regional marketing leads, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong project management, campaign execution, and an understanding of operating within a regulated financial services environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in social media marketing, analytics, and campaign execution, with an ability to navigate multi-market requirements, including regional nuances, compliance considerations, and evolving platform strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of social media campaigns across global and regional priorities, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and timelines
  • Coordinate campaign workflows using project management tools (e.g., Workfront), ensuring visibility across stakeholders and timely delivery
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt and localize campaigns for different markets, languages, and audience segments
  • Content Management

  • Support development and submission of social content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices
  • Manage publishing and deployment of campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Line), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Contribute to platform-specific execution strategies, including support for both organic and paid social initiatives
  • Develop and manage design briefs, partnering with creative teams to deliver high-quality visual assets
  • Ensure content outputs are aligned to campaign strategy, platform formats, and audience needs
  • Compliance and Governance
  • Manage compliance submission processes, ensuring all content adheres to regulatory and internal standards across regions
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to support timely approvals and maintain documentation where required
  • Ensure adherence to platform, regulatory, and internal governance requirements across market
  • Develop and maintain campaign performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), aligned with stakeholder needs
  • Support dashboard creation and tracking of key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)
  • Identify trends and surface insights to support ongoing optimization of campaigns and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years experience in social media marketing, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry
  • Experience executing paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Line preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media management and CRM tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders concurrently
  • Experience working across global or regional teams, with awareness of localization and market-specific considerations
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in compliance and governance workflows
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with investment management concepts or financial advisory landscape is a plus
