The Role
As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for someone who can translate this legacy into a culturally relevant social identity. This is an end-to-end ownership role where one will get an opportunity to drive Niru Group's Social media presence from concept to execution in close collaboration with cross-functional leaders, while balancing strategy, creative direction, and executional excellence.
This role requires strong clear instinct for luxury brand positioning and communication. It role involves working closely with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure every piece of content reflects the brand's standard of excellence.
Additionaly, this role will also play a key part in conceptualizing and launching the digital identity for our upcoming private jewelry collection, defining its voice, visual language, and narrative from the ground up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Planning
- Own and evolve the social media strategy across key platforms.
- Build structured monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Translate cultural trends, competitive insights, and brand goals into clear, actionable content directions.
- Develop campaign concepts with strong creative rationale, mood boards, and briefs.
2. Content Creation & Execution
- Create and publish content end-to-end: concepts, copy, visuals, and final delivery.
- Write refined, brand-aligned copy across formats (captions, reels, stories, long-form).
- Direct and collaborate on shoots as required (photo/video) ensuring high production and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain consistency in tone, visual language, and storytelling across all outputs.
3. Asset & Content System Management
- Organize and structure the existing content and asset library for easy access and scalability.
- Build systems for asset tagging, usage, and version control.
- Identify content gaps and proactively initiate shoots or design requirements.
- Develop reusable templates, formats, and content series to improve efficiency.
4. Platform & Community Management
- Manage comments, DMs, and interactions with polish, aligned to a luxury brand voice.
- Stay updated on platform changes, formats, and best practices.
5. Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
- Continuously test formats, messaging, and timing to improve engagement and reach.
- Present structured, insight-driven reports to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media/content roles.
- Proven ability to build and execute strategy, not just manage posting.
- Strong copywriting skills with an elevated, brand-sensitive tone.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and others.
- Experience managing large content/asset libraries.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics etc).
- Portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and measurable impact.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or premium brands.
- Photography/videography skills are a strong plus.
