Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Social Media Manager role. We are looking for candidates with a business-first mindset, client-facing confidence, and a data-driven approach to leadership and process management.

Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting, alongside familiarity with ABM, marketing automation, CRM integration, and AI tools for analytics. Additionally, experience contributing to pre-sales and business development initiatives is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

- Develop comprehensive B2B and B2C social media strategies aligned with client business goals.

- Lead 90-day and annual campaign roadmaps for enterprise clients.

- Define positioning, messaging frameworks, content pillars, and channel strategies.

- Align organic and paid efforts to support lead generation and brand-building.

- Proactively identify and propose growth initiatives.

Client Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media communications.

- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

- Present strategy decks, reporting dashboards, and optimization recommendations.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations effectively.

- Translate client feedback into actionable internal plans.

Performance & Analytics

- Define KPIs for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue impact.

- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.

- Track funnel metrics, including CTR, CPL, CPC, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

- Ensure consistent improvement in lead generation across social media channels.

Team Leadership & Execution

- Provide content direction to writers, designers, and video editors.

- Review and approve social media calendars to ensure brand consistency and quality.

- Manage timelines, delivery schedules, and resource allocation.

- Drive collaboration across internal departments, including project management and marketing teams.

Innovation & Growth

- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and AI/automation tools.

- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.

- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to pitch decks and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of experience in social media strategy (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn (especially for B2B), X, YouTube, Instagram, and paid social.
  • Experience managing clients from different industries.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting domains.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Exposure to AI tools for social media and analytics.
  • Experience contributing to pre-sales and business development initiatives.
