Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Plan Content Strategy, Content Calendar, Content Marketing, and platform-specific content.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Drive B2B Lead Generation through organic and paid social media.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social Media / Performance Marketing Campaigns.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis, Audience Research & Market Research.
• Track Social Media Analytics, Engagement, Leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Use AI tools for content research, ideation, creation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales & Design teams for effective marketing execution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of social media and content initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in B2B Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation.
• Proven experience in Social Media Strategy and Content Strategy.
• Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Social Media / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics.
• Ability to work independently with complete ownership.
• Experience working across multiple industries/business segments is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation is preferred.
