Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Create monthly and weekly social media content calendars
Plan campaigns, announcements, launches, and promotions
Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas
Define content themes and posting schedules
Publishing & Management
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Metricool
Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms
Coordinate with the design/video team for content delivery
Community Engagement
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
Engage with relevant communities and profiles
Build and maintain a positive brand voice
Analytics & Reporting
Track reach, engagement, and follower growth
Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on insights and dataRequired Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X,
Facebook, etc.)
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Metricool preferred)
Basic design sense and understanding of content formats
Good written communication and caption-writing skills
Ability to plan, organize, and execute consistently

Experience handling multiple social media accounts
Knowledge of branding and digital marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with Canva and content workflows
