Social Media Strategist - Intern

We're looking for a Social Media Strategist Intern who's eager to learn how brands are built on social media from the ground up. This role goes beyond posting content; you'll assist in shaping brand voices, planning content, tracking performance, and understanding what actually drives engagement and growth. You'll work closely with experienced strategists, designers, and campaign managers to support social media execution for client brands and internal pages.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies for client and internal brands
2. Support creation of monthly and campaign-based content calendars
3. Coordinate with designers, editors, and writers to execute social content
4. Help review and schedule posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
5. Participate in camera-facing content including reels and brand-led videos
6. Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community interactions
7. Track content performance and assist in preparing reports and insights
8. Research trends, memes, creators, and platform updates
9. Support influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand announcements
10. Ensure timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules are followed

1. Comfortable being camera-facing and open to featuring in reels, videos, or social-first content when required

2. Confident communicating ideas on camera and willing to experiment with creator-style formats

3. A student or recent graduate interested in social media, branding, or marketing

4. Strong understanding of social platformsespecially Instagram & LinkedIn

5. Curious, observant, and eager to learn how strategy connects to business outcomes

6. Organized, disciplined with timelines, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

7. Creative, trend-aware, and not afraid to share ideas

8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
