We are looking for a social media strategist who will help manage and execute social media for multiple brands and internal pages. This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation, social media trends, and platform usage, and wants to build a career in digital marketing. You will work closely with the team to plan, create, and post content consistently across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms
- Plan content based on campaigns, product launches, and brand goals
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and writers to execute content requirements
- Review reels, carousels, posts, and stories to ensure brand quality standards
- Manage feedback loops and revisions with internal teams
- Handle day-to-day social media operations for assigned brands
- Support campaigns, product launches, hiring posts, and announcements
- Monitor comments and DMs and manage community engagement
- Draft replies aligned with brand tone and communication style
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, followers, and clicks
- Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest content improvements
- Stay updated with Instagram and LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and content formats
- Research trending reels, hooks, and creator content for ideation
- Suggest new content ideas and experiments for growth
