A leading player in the global freelance talent marketplace and digital services sector, operating at the intersection of platform growth, talent acquisition, and enterprise solutions.

We deliver data-driven marketing and digital experiences to drive platform adoption, engagement, and revenue across B2B and B2C segments.

We are hiring a hybrid Social Media Strategist based in India to own multi-channel social strategy, creative execution, and performance measurement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies (organic + paid) for India and key international markets to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Create and maintain a high-impact content calendar; brief creative teams and oversee production of copy, visuals, and short-form video for platform and campaign needs.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, X, LinkedIn and emerging channelsaudience segmentation, bidding, creative testing, and budget pacing.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and deliver weekly/monthly insights to inform growth and product teams; translate data into actionable optimisations.
  • Lead community engagement and moderation strategies; manage influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end (briefing, performance tracking, ROI analysis).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Design and Customer Success to align social with launches, lifecycle campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent (or proven experience in lieu of degree).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience owning social strategy and paid campaign execution, ideally for consumer platforms or marketplaces.
  • Proven results growing organic reach and paid performance; strong examples of campaign case studies and metrics-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, collaborating across time zones and with distributed teams.
