We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes content not just posting, but thinking. This role is for someone who can spot patterns, break patterns, and build content that actually gets attention.

You'll work with a young, high-energy team and have access to cinema-line cameras, professional gear, and a proper execution setup - so your ideas don't die in Google Docs.
What You'll Do
- Ideate original, non-generic content ideas for Instagram & YouTube Shorts
- Build content strategies focused on hooks, retention, and narrative
- Turn business goals into scroll-stopping content frameworks
- Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and on-camera talent
- Plan content calendars but with flexibility to react fast
- Analyse what's working and double down (not just report numbers)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy or content ideation
- Strong understanding of short-form content psychology
- Knows how to write hooks that make people stop scrolling
- Comfortable giving opinions and defending ideas
- Understands Instagram & YouTube algorithms at a practical level
- Can think in angles, narratives, and formats not just posts
Bonus (Not Mandatory, But Big Plus)
- Experience working with creators or brands
- Basic understanding of video production
- Ability to think visually while ideating
