About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist with minimum 2 years of experience who combines strategic thinking with hands-on design capabilities to elevate our brand presence across all social platforms.
This role requires a unique blend of brand expertise, creative design skills, and data-driven social media management to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand positioning and business objectives
Define brand voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines across all social platforms
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
Create content calendars that balance brand storytelling, community engagement, and campaign-specific objectives
Establish KPIs and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Creative Design & Content Creation
Design scroll-stopping visual content including graphics, carousels, reels, stories, and video thumbnails
Create branded templates and maintain visual consistency across all social touchpoints
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation through final delivery
Develop infographics, motion graphics, and multimedia content that drives engagement
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
Monitor social conversations, respond to comments, and build authentic community relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging social trends
Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing on creative formats, messaging, and posting strategies
Translate data insights into strategic recommendations and creative optimizations
Monitor brand sentiment and address reputation management issues proactively
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Proven track record of building and growing engaged social media communities
Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and successful social media campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills

Canva Expert level
