Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in West Delhi. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, analyzing campaign performance, developing content strategies for diverse audiences, and fostering positive brand communication. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, the Social Media Strategist will also work on public relations initiatives to maintain the brand's reputation and expand its reach.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies for creating and maintaining impactful campaigns.
• Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations to build brand identity and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing Content Strategies to design engaging and targeted content across various platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience within a digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
