Role Overview :
We're looking for a strategic and creative Instagram & Content Marketing Specialist who can revamp our Instagram strategy, drive organic engagement, and bring warmth, story, and personality to our digital
Key Responsibilities :
Content Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage a monthly Instagram content calendar (posts, reels, carousels, stories).
- Create and repurpose content tailored for Instagram: styling tips, BTS, storytelling, tutorials.
- Ideate and post engaging Reels and interactive Stories with polls, quizzes, sliders, etc.
- Write clear, warm, and brand-aligned captions with effective CTAs and hashtags.
Content Creation
- Coordinate or lead basic product shoots and BTS (phone-based content is okay).
- Capture short-form videos (Reels, 360 product spins, styling sessions).
- Source and curate User-Generated Content (UGC) from customers and influencers.
Community & Engagement
- Monitor DMs, comments, and UGCrespond and engage daily.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, or micro-creators for content and reach.
- Run occasional contests, styling challenges, or UGC campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram for a lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry brand.
- Solid understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels strategy, content hooks, and engagement trends.
- Strong visual sense + content planning mindset. (Basic editing on Canva, InShot, or CapCut is a plus.)
- A great eye for jewelry and styling, and love for homegrown Indian brands.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Bonus: experience working with marketplaces like Nykaa Fashion, Pernia's Pop-Up, or similar.
