Role Overview
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing Cloutflow's social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role will focus on brand building, founder branding, content planning, audience growth, thought leadership, and creating content that drives awareness, engagement, and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, deeply immersed in internet culture, understands the creator economy, and can translate business objectives into high-performing content strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop and execute Cloutflow's overall social media strategy.
- Build a distinctive and recognizable brand voice across all platforms.
- Position Cloutflow as a thought leader within influencer marketing and the creator economy.
- Identify content opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Develop content pillars covering influencer marketing insights, creator economy trends, company culture, case studies, founder perspectives, industry reports, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Build platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ensure content consistency across all social platforms.
Founder & Leadership Branding
- Develop personal branding strategies for founders and leadership team members.
- Create thought leadership content, opinion pieces, industry insights, and storytelling content.
- Identify opportunities for leadership visibility through trends, industry conversations, and business milestones.
- Manage content pipelines for founder and leadership social profiles.
Trend Research & Content Ideation
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, creator economy developments, and viral content formats.
- Translate trends into relevant content opportunities for Cloutflow.
- Continuously generate fresh content ideas that align with brand positioning.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify content gaps.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed creative briefs, scripts, and content frameworks.
- Guide creative production to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives.
- Review content before publishing to maintain quality and consistency.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance across platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor engagement, impressions, reach, audience growth, shares, saves, and lead generation metrics.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on insights and data.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement and community participation.
- Recommend initiatives to strengthen relationships with creators, brands, and industry professionals.
- Support engagement activities across social platforms to improve visibility and reach.
Employer Branding
- Work with HR and leadership teams to showcase company culture, employee stories, achievements, and workplace initiatives.
- Build Cloutflow's employer brand to attract top talent across functions.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, personal branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems.
- Experience building social media accounts from the ground up is highly preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling and content planning skills.
- Strong understanding of creator economy and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
