About The Roll

We're looking for a Social Media Strategist & Creative Producer who can think like a strategist and work like a producer. You'll build social and personal-branding strategies for clients across podcasts, documentaries, and docu-dramas — and also work hands-on as part of the creative production team, including on shoots.

What You'll Do

• Build social media and personal-branding strategies for clients across podcasts, documentaries, and docu-dramas.
• Work as a creative producer on docu-drama and documentary projects — concept, planning, and on-set execution.
• Create content — reels, shorts, teasers, carousels, and BTS — with strong hooks, captions, and scripts.
• Grow accounts measurably: followers, reach, and engagement, backed by analytics.
• Stay on top of trends and turn them into ideas fast.
• Handle client coordination — sharing plans, managing timelines, and being a reliable point of contact.
• Be available to travel for shoots as needed.

What we are looking for

• 2–5 years in social media strategy, content creation, and/or creative production.
• Sharp instinct for what's trending and a track record of growing social accounts.
• Hands-on production/shoot experience or strong comfort on set.
• Solid storytelling, scripting, and copywriting skills.
• Good client-facing and coordination skills — organized and communicative.
• Knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) is a plus.

Bonus: experience with podcasts, documentaries, or docu-dramas, and a personal portfolio that shows your craft.
