Requirements
- 1 year of experience in social media strategy and management preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to meet marketing goals and objectives
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and create detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy
