Social Media Strategist & Client Services

Location: Gurgaon | Work From Office

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can combine platform understanding, strategic thinking, client servicing, and execution discipline to drive measurable brand growth.

If you can confidently manage client conversations, build platform first strategies, and translate business goals into high impact social media plans, this role is for you.

What You Will Own

• Build and manage social media strategies for multiple brand clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaign priorities, audience behaviour, and platform trends

• Define brand voice, communication tonality, and platform positioning in collaboration with creative and strategy teams

• Lead client servicing responsibilities including reviews, reporting, strategy discussions, presentations, and expectation management

• Translate client briefs into structured social media plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes

• Monitor and analyse platform performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance, and business impact

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, evolving content formats, and category trends to keep strategies competitive

• Coordinate with internal teams across design, performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and content for integrated execution

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support strategic upsell opportunities

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media strategy and client servicing

• Agency experience will be a strong advantage due to the multi brand and fast paced nature of the role

• Any graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build social media strategies from business objectives through execution and reporting

• Strong understanding of platform behaviour across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X

• Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into actionable recommendations

• Comfortable managing client relationships independently, including escalations and strategic discussions

• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms

• Highly organised and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
