Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Pune. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. The role involves overseeing social media channels, developing content strategies, optimizing performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing public relations to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for audience engagement
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with current social media trends and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
