Responsibility:
• Set up and manage the social media accounts for a skincare brand. Implement the social media strategies for building brand awareness, and generating inbound traffic along with product adoption.
• Ensure relevant and engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
• Benchmark current trends across social media and create relevant content for the brand.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and agencies
• Create Influencer collaboration strategies that align with the brand vision
• Negotiate, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration with influencers
• Oversee influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Monitor influencer content and measure its impact on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Build and nurture relationships with the online community through active engagement and responding to comments and messages
• Facilitate and encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy among followers
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and shoot engaging, on-brand content.
• Write copy for social posts and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Good to have
:• Prior 2-4 years of relevant social media management experience
.• Passionate about Skincare and Beauty Category
.• Experience working with marketing/media agencies
.• Strong understanding of SEO, Google analytics, Web analytics
