Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, creative, and capable of driving measurable growth through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance-based campaigns).
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social media marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
