Role Overview
We're looking for a design-first Social Media resource who can independently churn high-quality, scroll-stopping content for WrathX. This role is for someone who thinks visually, understands brand building, and knows how to translate culture, trends, and performance into strong social content. You'll own the look, feel, and daily output of WrathX across social platforms balancing aesthetics, speed, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Design (Primary)
Design and create daily social media content (static posts, carousels, reels/thumbnails, stories)
Maintain and evolve WrathX's visual identity across platforms
Quickly adapt trends, memes, and formats while keeping the brand sharp and premium
Repurpose long-form shoots, influencer content, and UGC into platform-native assets
Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand language
Support campaign launches, drops, events, and influencer collaborations with fast turnarounds
Monitor content performance and iterate based on what's working
Brand Building
Strong understanding of youth culture, fitness culture, and digital-first brands
Ability to think beyond posts and contribute to overall brand tonality and presence
Spot opportunities to build recall, attitude, and desirability through content
Requirements
Designer first mindset (this is non-negotiable)
Strong proficiency in tools like Figma / Adobe Suite / Canva (advanced)
Deep awareness of social media trends, formats, and platform behavior
Good understanding of fitness / lifestyle / youth brands (nutra experience is a plus)
Ability to work fast without compromising on visual quality
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
