Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

* Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and social media posts

* Design visually appealing content aligned with the brand voice

* Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach

* Turn ideas, recordings, and raw content into polished posts

Social Media Management

* Manage and maintain consistent posting across: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube

* Develop and execute a content calendar

* Schedule and publish posts regularly

* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Podcast Support

* Assist with content creation for the podcast Homeschool Unlocked

* Create promotional content from podcast episodes (clips, reels, snippets)

* Write captions, titles, and descriptions for podcast-related posts

* Support distribution and visibility of podcast content

Content Planning & Strategy

* Collaborate on content ideas and themes aligned with the brand

* Help maintain a balance between educational, personal, and promotional content

* Identify trends and suggest content improvements

Platform Expansion & Optimization

* Post and repurpose content on platforms like: Pinterestb& YouTube (shorts and long-form support)

* Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and discoverability

Requirements:

* Experience in social media management and content creation

* Strong ability to create reels and short-form video content

* Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools

* Understanding of social media trends and algorithms

* Strong written communication skills (captions, descriptions, hooks)

* Ability to maintain consistency in posting and branding

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
