Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging and platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.
• Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
