Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive/Specialist supports the Branding Team under social media management to manage various social media platforms effectively and keep communication channels clear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage our social media content calendar(INSTAGRAM,YOUTUBE,LINKEDIN ) ensuring each post reflects our brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Serve as the linchpin between our content and design teams, ensuring healthy collaboration and timely delivery of content assets.
  • Keep our social media channels buzzing with activity by ensuring timely posting across all platforms and in all formats. Stay ahead of the game by communicating updates promptly and maintaining a pulse on industry trends.
  • Creative Contributor: Bring your flair for creativity to the table by assisting in the creation of engaging social media content. From brainstorming sessions to content drafting, your ideas will help us stand out in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to execute innovative social media strategies. Your insights and assistance will be instrumental in achieving our performance targets and driving meaningful engagement.
  • Dive deep into social media metrics to track performance and extract actionable insights. Your knack for analytics will guide our continuous improvement efforts, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (degree/diploma in media and communications is plus).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a proven track record.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all social media platforms, including engagement touchpoints and content performance analysis.
  • Copywriting skills are a valuable asset, enhancing our ability to craft compelling social media narratives.
  • Clarity in communication is essential for collaborating within departments and conveying ideas effectively.
  • Creative and constant research and development acumen, driven by a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • An eye for detail and an innate passion for social media, reflected in your dedication to creating impactful digital experiences.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management
  • If able to shoot content via phone or camera is a plus
  • Must Have- Should be well verse with ongoing Trends and is a Social Media Enthusiastic
