We are looking for a detail-first intern who enjoys digging through social platforms to spot prospects, map accounts, and organise clean data that fuels outreach. If you can turn scattered profiles into qualified lists and simple insights, this role is for you.
Your horizon to grow:
Research target companies and decision-makers across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and relevant forums
Build qualified lead lists with clear notes on role, company size, location, and relevance
Track founders and leaders posts to identify intent signals such as hiring needs, funding, or expansion
Run competitor and hashtag scans to surface conversations and potential partnerships
Maintain neat sheets and a basic CRM with status, source, and next action
Draft first-touch notes, connection requests, and short DMs using approved templates
Prepare weekly snapshots on leads added, responses, and top insights
Support the content team with social listening and topic inputs from your scans
What makes you a great fit:
Interest in B2B social media, research, and outreach
Working knowledge of LinkedIn search; Sales Navigator is a plus
Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and basic data hygiene
Good written communication for short messages and notes
Curious mindset with patience for deep dives
Ability to follow checklists and meet weekly targets
Plus points: familiarity with Notion, HubSpot or Zoho, and simple Boolean search
Tools you may use:
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, Instagram search, X advanced search, Google Alerts, Google Sheets, Notion or a basic CRM, Meta Business Suite.
