Role: Media Planner (OnSite, India)
We are hiring an onsite Media Planner to join a fastpaced agency team focused on building highimpact media strategies and delivering performance across digital and traditional channels. This role reports into the Planning/Media lead and partners closely with Account, Creative and AdOps teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop endtoend media plans across digital (search, social, display, video, programmatic) and offline channels aligned to campaign KPIs, budgets and target audiences.
- Execute and manage media buys: negotiate rates, set pacing, allocate budget and ensure delivery against targets.
- Run programmatic campaigns using DSPs; configure targeting, bid strategies and inventory controls to maximise ROI and meet CPM/CPA goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily; analyse metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and implement datadriven optimisations to improve outcomes.
- Prepare clear performance reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with AdOps and creative teams for ad trafficking, QA, tagging, tracking and troubleshooting to maintain measurement fidelity.
