Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Specialist with expertise in the Fashion Social Media Agency sector. The successful candidate will manage and execute social media campaigns, create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to the fashion industry, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring analytics to optimize campaign performance, researching trends, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles
• Expertise in Social Media Content Creation specific to the fashion industry
• Strong Marketing acumen with an understanding of trends and consumer behavior
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages effectively
• Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools to assess performance and drive improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
