Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Content Manager who can:
- Plan structured content calendars
- Think in hooks and performance angles
- Brief and guide video editors
- Evaluate and improve UGC scripts
- Coordinate with influencers
- Maintain quality control of incoming content
- Understand what content converts vs what just looks good
This role sits between marketing strategy and creative execution.
Core Responsibilities
Performance Oriented Content Planning
- Plan content aligned with ad campaigns
- Suggest reel hooks & performance angles
- Support creation of performance ad concepts
Script Interpretation & Developement
- Write influencer briefs clearly
- Review and refine scripts for ads & reels
- Suggest improvements in tone, structure & clarity
- Ensure scripts align with brand positioning
Influencer & UGC Direction
- Identify relevant creators (not just high followers)
- Assess fit based on tone, personality & audience
- Share structured briefs with hook directions
- Review submitted videos for:
- Hook strength
- Script clarity
- Lighting / framing
- Energy & authenticity
- Request revisions where needed
Creative Coordination
- Work with video editor to improve pacing & structure
- Ensure UGC fits into performance ad structure
- Maintain brand tone consistency
Content Performance Understanding
- Analyze what hooks work
- Identify patterns in high-performing content
- Suggest next set of content experiments

- No experience with performance-driven creatives
