Kinetiq Collective is an experience-led brand built around movement, energy, community, workshops, and retreats.
We're looking for an enthusiastic person who can handle social media & marketing while supporting admin, operations, and workshops- basically a strong execution partner to the founder.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Social Media & Marketing
- Handle Instagram content planning, storytelling, posting, replying to messages and queries
- Write strong English content (must have skill)
- Write content on LinkedIn and manage posts
- Assist with promotions, launches, and workshop marketing
- Run & support Meta ads
2.Admin and Operations
- Organise files, folders, documents, contacts
- Maintain Google Sheets (registrations, lists, tracking, etc.)
- Handle backend coordination smoothly
- Handle the accounts & Financials of events, and use data to identify trends & patterns to help us grow.
3.Workshops & Founder support
- Assist during workshops & events (online/on-ground)
- Support logistics, coordination, follow-ups
- Be an execution partner, not just a task-doer
Working days
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- All Tuesdays are OFF
- Some Sundays may require on-site or online work. (during workshops or events)
Structure:
- This is approximately 5050 hybrid
- Backend & planning work can be remote
- Event days, workshops, important 1:1s, and execution days require in-person work
Must Haves
- Excellent English content writing
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Meta
- Love to multi-task & Learn new skills
- MUST be residing in Chennai
Nice to Haves
- Automations (Zapier, workflows, tools, etc.)
- Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, tracking, logic)
- Shooting videos / reels and social media content
- Interest in marketing + business

Compensation Structure:
- First 2 months: Probationary period- 11,000 / month + Commissions and incentives
- Post 2 months: 14,000 or more(Based on your work quality, responsibility, and revenue growth)
