Reporting to: Social Media Manager
Purpose of the Role
To strengthen ALLEN's day-to-day social media execution by managing content planning, coordination, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms, in alignment with brand guidelines and institutional priorities.
JD Pointers
- Handle day-to-day social media operations: execution, posting, coordination & tracking Interact & engage with viewers of the Social Media channel
- Accountable for content marketing calendar & initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads.
- Work closely to manage Online Reputation Management of brand & its entities.
- Working closely with marketing teams to understand requirements & goals & crafting customized & creative content marketing solutions.
- Manage, Analyse & create campaigns reports.
- Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy & editorial plan to meet the business objectives
- Conceptualizing end to end content marketing strategies for all products & courses
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to plan future marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends & adjust the content marketing strategy as need
- Handle multiple properties like social media lives, quizzes, contests etc.
- Create & implement a network schedule of when clips should be set live, in accordance with the editorial vision, required cross-platform promotional & marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Design to turn your writing into fully designed pieces that are both engaging & optimized for conversion
- Prior exposure to social media processes, platform behaviour & algorithm basics is desirable.
