Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Social Media Monetisation Specialist. The role involves creating and executing strategies to monetize social media platforms, analyzing engagement and revenue performance, managing social media marketing campaigns, and developing and curating engaging content. The Specialist will collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding, and stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Expertise in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies with 3+ years of generating business via Instagram, Youtube ads, affiliates and partnerships.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with audiences and team members
• Familiarity with industry tools and analytics platforms for tracking performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in social media monetisation or influencer marketing is a must.
• Key Skills : Campaign ROI analysis, brand deals, viral content strategy.
