Social Media Marketing

WikiFX is a global financial services platform dedicated to providing trustworthy information to forex traders worldwide. We are expanding rapidly in South Asia and are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our local presence and partnerships.

1. Influencer (KOL) Acquisition & Management

• Identify, approach, and onboard local financial influencers (KOLs) across India and South Asia.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value influencers.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns: define deliverables, manage timelines, and evaluate campaign ROI.

1. Community Development & Operations

• Set up and manage online communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), etc.
• Drive daily engagement: respond to member inquiries, foster discussions, and boost retention.
• Monitor community health and suggest initiatives to grow active user participation.

1. Content & Campaign Support

• Support influencers in creating localized, high-impact content aligned with WikiFX's brand strategy.
• Customize campaign briefs for different KOLs and platforms.
• Track key metrics including reach, engagement, downloads, and conversions.

1. Market Research & Partnership Development

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities within the financial/fintech sector.
• Maintain and expand KOL/creator databases and keep accurate partnership records.
• Assist with local offline events, industry expos, and webinars as needed.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Based near New Delhi or able to travel frequently in the region.
• Proven experience in business development, influencer/KOL marketing, or partnership management.
• Deep understanding of the Forex, trading, or financial industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.
• Familiar with South Asian digital/social media landscape: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Moj, ShareChat, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to flexible working hours.

Nice-to-Have:

• Existing network of influencers or KOLs in the financial/trading/crypto niche.
• Background in PR, performance marketing, or UGC content strategies.
• Proficiency in additional South Asian languages (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams.
