Role: Social Media Marketing Trainer – Part-Time (Online)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Trainer to conduct online training sessions on a part-time, hourly basis.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging SMM classes to students and helping them understand how social media marketing works in real-world business situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online Social Media Marketing training sessions.
• Teach social media strategy, content planning, and platform management.
• Train students on Instagram, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Explain content creation, content calendars, audience targeting, engagement, and growth strategies.
• Provide practical assignments and live-project guidance.
• Teach basic Meta Ads/campaign concepts where applicable.
• Explain social media analytics, insights, and performance measurement.
• Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Use real-world examples, case studies, and current industry practices during training.
• Keep training content updated according to current social media trends and platform changes.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing social media pages, campaigns, or client accounts.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and content strategy.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for social media content and marketing is a plus.
• Must be comfortable conducting classes online.

Work Type

Part-Time | Online | Hourly Basis

Training sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

Compensation

Payment will be based on the number of training hours conducted.

The hourly rate will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and training capabilities.
