Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing social platforms, driving engagement, collaborating with teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives, and staying up-to-date with social trends and innovations to support digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and drive insights
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, analytics tools)
• Team collaboration skills and a creative mindset to develop unique campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
