About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can manage social handles for multiple client brands, engage directly with clients, and take charge of our internal brand presence. If you are a content-driven individual with a flair for digital storytelling and client management this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts for clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Direct client servicing maintain relationships, understand briefs, and deliver solutions
• Ideate monthly content calendars and launch-focused campaigns
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams
• Create performance reports and track key social metrics
• Conceptualize and create engaging multimedia content like reels, videos, and graphics
• Manage internal company pages and content to drive brand visibility
• Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and tools in social media
• Present reports and updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership

Who You Are:

13 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable leading conversations with clients and managing deliverables

Strong understanding of social content, community building, and performance metrics

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a bonus

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
