About The Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social-first storytelling, trends, and community building, and can consistently turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, carousels).
  • Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates and apply them creatively to the brand.
  • Write strong, platform-appropriate captions and copy.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, growth).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
  • Support social media campaigns, launches, and announcements.

Key Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience managing brand or creator social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
  • Good copywriting skills with a strong sense of tone and voice.
  • Ability to spot trends and act on them quickly.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar is a plus.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
