About the Rol

eA Social Media & Content Associate – India to join the Content Team and be based in our Bangalore or Mumbai office. Reporting to HQ in Hong Kong, this role will be responsible for creating, capturing, and coordinating content that showcases The Executive Centre's centres, members, events, hospitality experiences, and workplace culture across India. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content and understands how premium brands should show up online. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organised, proactive, and equally comfortable identifying content opportunities, developing content ideas, writing copy, capturing content on-site, coordinating content production across multiple cities, and bringing stories to life through engaging content

Responsibilities

  • Effectively respond to and action content requests from regional teams while identifying and supporting content creation initiatives across India
  • Develop creative content ideas and social media concepts that support brand objectives and audience engagement.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content across TEC centres, events, member experiences, partnerships, and activations.
  • Create and edit social-first content for Instagram, Stories, Reels, and other emerging content formats using mobile devices and creative software.
  • Write engaging copy for social media, campaigns, and other content initiatives.
  • Support the development of member, company, and community storytelling initiatives through research, interviews, content development, copywriting, and content distribution.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform developments, creator behaviour, and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities to adapt them in a way that aligns with TEC's premium brand positioning.
  • Design and produce creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva
  • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and local centre teams across India to identify content opportunities and coordinate content creation initiatives.
  • Develop content briefs, shot lists, and creative guidelines to help local teams capture high-quality photo and video content aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate content requests, asset collection, and production timelines across multiple cities and stakeholders.
  • Review, organise, and curate content submitted by regional teams for publication across TEC's marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the Global Content Team in Hong Kong to ensure content aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with local teams, agencies, creators, photographers, videographers, and external partners to support content production and campaign execution.
  • Support influencer collaborations, events, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives through content planning and execution

Qualification

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Fluent English required.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, journalism, publishing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
  • .Proven experience planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong mobile photography and videography skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and/or similar creativetools.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, communication, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced enviro
  • Experience with LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, or other platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience creating content for hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, premium retail, F&B, travel, customer experience-led brands, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience conducting interviews, developing editorial content, member stories, thought leadership content, or brand storytelling initiatives is advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating content production across multiple stakeholders, locations, or teams is advantageous.
