Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives. Daily activities include managing social media calendars, writing posts, creating basic visual assets, monitoring channel performance, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support digital campaigns, promote products and projects, and increase brand visibility and audience engagement. The role also involves analyzing insights and metrics to optimize content, report on campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to design and deliver engaging, brand-consistent posts.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with online audiences.
  • Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media management tools.
  • Ability to interpret analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and basic graphic or video editing capabilities are beneficial.
  • Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
