Role Overview :

The Specialist Social Media (B2B) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the organization's social media presence to support brand marketing and content marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B audiences and the ability to translate business, product, and thought-leadership content into effective social media communication.

The role will work closely with brand, content, product marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand positioning across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook
  • Create and curate content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns
  • Adapt long-form content such as blogs, case studies, reports, and webinars into social media formats
  • Maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source content and align messaging
  • Monitor platform performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth
  • Optimize content based on analytics, audience insights, and platform best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and social media platform updates
  • Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages, in line with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 35 years of professional experience managing social media for B2B brands or organizations
  • Strong understanding of B2B content marketing and brand communication
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms in a structured, professional environment
  • Excellent written communication and content editing skills
  • Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B sectors such as SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Zoho, Hootsuite, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and content amplification
  • Experience supporting employer branding or corporate communications
