Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Thrissur for a Performance Management Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and administering performance evaluations, developing performance management strategies, analyzing employee productivity, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role will also involve collaboration with team leads and managers to design and implement growth-oriented performance programs and ensure proper monitoring of performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Performance Appraisal and Performance Management processes
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating performance data and deriving actionable insights
• Background in Program Management with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate performance initiatives
• Understanding of Finance principles in relation to performance budgeting and cost-effectiveness analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR or performance management, particularly in the education industry, is an added advantage
