Company Description
We are building an AI driven mobile application and are looking for someone to lead our short form video content and social media execution from our office.
This is a hands on role for someone who understands reels, is comfortable on camera and can turn ideas into high quality short videos quickly.
Role Description
- Create and edit high quality Instagram reels and short videos
- Appear on camera for simple explainers and content pieces
- Execute weekly content plans
- Work closely with the marketing team on growth campaigns
- Manage Instagram and Facebook posting
- Track basic performance metrics such as views, saves and clicks
Requirements
- Comfortable on camera
- Strong reel editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Good understanding of hooks, retention and short form storytelling
- Able to write simple scripts in Hindi or Hinglish
- 0 to 3 years experience is fine if skills are strong
- Must be able to work from office
