A Social media platform specialist with hands on experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube & LinkedIn. Manage presence on social networking sites and their day to day activities. Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
Social Media
- Develop the overall approach (In-organic (paid), Organic (user generated) and Hybrid) for the brands presence across various social media platforms with the objective to increase brand visibility, build and increase engagement.
- Has a proven track record that displays a strong creative mindset both in terms of online media and content approach
- Use the platform to connect with the brands target audience amongst consumers and advisors.
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies such as the Web Design Agency, Branding Agency, PR Agency & SEO Agency
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Find connect with bloggers, forums, and influencers to work with and lead the outreach program with influencers regularly.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
Monitoring
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
- Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
- Report on effectiveness of campaigns
- Monitor trends in social media
- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
- Understand how the social media impacts website traffic
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
ORM
- Manage reporting on a monthly basis
- Participate in crisis communication as per business requirements
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, including negative review tracking and follow ups.
- Manage business listings on Google My Business
- Manage and update Online Reputation Management resource library.
- Work with the service / grievance team for Online Reputation to address any issues with review sites.
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the reputation-monitoring program, in conjunction with Listening tool.
- Very important to know and Use Social media & ORM tools such as Locobuzz, Hoot suite, Simplify 360 etc
- Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and monitoring results; work with platform analytics / listening tool and prepare business metrics & sentiment reports.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of managing hands on Social media platforms. Experience in BFSI / Insurance sector would be added advantage.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content & proofreading ability
- Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube
- Experience of managing website content will be added advantage.
- Education: Management graduate from a reputed institute
- Certifications : Google certification / Digital Marketing certification preferred
