Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Content & Video Marketing Specialist to manage our presence on Instagram and YouTube. This role combines content strategy, short-form and long-form video creation, editing, channel/page growth, and performance optimization. You will work closely with our team to plan content, shoot videos, edit them, and publish consistently to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop a content strategy for Instagram and YouTube aligned with business goals
- Create monthly content calendars and publishing schedules
- Research competitors, trends, and audience insights
- Brainstorm content ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, and long-form videos
2. Content Creation
- Shoot videos (talking-head, educational, reels, shorts, promos, podcasts, etc.)
- Edit videos including subtitles, transitions, cuts, and effects
- Create engaging thumbnails and cover designs
- Repurpose long videos into short clips for Reels/Shorts
3. Instagram Management
- Plan and post Reels, stories, carousels, and static posts
- Optimize profile bio, highlights, and grid aesthetics
- Track performance analytics and improve reach & engagement
- Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, replies)
4. YouTube Management
- Upload videos with SEO-optimized titles, tags, and descriptions
- Add timestamps, cards, end screens, and playlists
- Monitor watch-time, CTR, and audience retention metrics
- Implement growth strategies based on YouTube trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Instagram and/or YouTube channels
- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- Proficiency with any editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
