This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Social Media & Outreach Associate. This position is ideal for a motivated fresher looking to kickstart their career in B2B marketing and business development.
You will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence while simultaneously performing direct outreach through cold calling to fuel our sales pipeline. This dual-focus role requires a blend of creative content execution and a persistent, results-driven communication style.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Execution: Create dynamic digital content and plan targeted campaigns to improve engagement with our audience.
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Lynkread's services and qualify leads.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging posts, graphics, and messaging specifically for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Measure performance metrics and refine tactics based on data to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends and B2B outreach strategies to keep Lynkread at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, research, and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or AI-driven design tools like Canva AI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; must be confident and articulate over the phone.
- Marketing Savvy: A foundational understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles.
- Resilience: A high level of energy and the ability to handle the fast-paced nature of outbound cold calling.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment in our Coimbatore office.
